Compensation Committee Support

We serve as an ongoing resource to Compensation Committees to provide independent expert advice on executive compensation issues.  We help the Committee set its annual calendar and agenda, attend all Committee meetings (in person or telephonically) and analyze issues on the Committee’s behalf.  We also work with Committees to deliver performance evaluations to the CEO and other executives.
